Underslab Plumbing:

Prior to pouring the concrete floor slab in the lowest (basement) level, the plumbing piping that will be routed beneath that slab has to be installed.

Included are plumbing drain lines for the guest bathroom, kitchenette, and perimeter foundation drainage system.

The drain lines are placed within trenches dug out of the gravel fill and soil. The Charlottesville, VA excavation contractor Scotty's Backhoe completed this part of the project in record time.
