Craftsman

Craftsman style home with workshop and artist studio outbuildings astride rolling countryside hills. Designed with high-window dormers to fill the great room and kitchen with daylight (see sketch). The open air breeze-way provides a covered connection between the garage and the house.

Bodacious Bungalow

French Remodel

Large remodel and addition to a traditional home. The living room had a beautiful stone wall that we incorporated into the design of the french style kitchen. The natural beams, stone and copper all work so well together and are highlighted by a beautiful arched blue door. We even built in the wall oven to the stone wall! We added a large living room, dining room, game room and covered porch to the rear of the home.

I’ve always dreamed of having a clean, modernist home, and I’m happy to say that Alice and her team at Atelier Cohen led the way to making that dream a reality! I couldn’t be more happy with the project, my house looks like it could be featured in a Kinfolk magazine. I expressed my wishes of having a clean, natural interior aesthetic and they truly delivered – the natural light in my newly designed home is to die for. They also helped me turn my dated, drab living room into a spacious and cozy space in which I can’t wait to host a party.
